Salary £19,312 – £19,698 per annum FTE
Actual Salary: £16,888 – £17,611

The school are seeking an Administration Assistant to work in a multi-level role. Previous experience of working in administrative roles is essential, along with having great communication skills, being confident as well as being skilled in the use of Microsoft Office systems to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
The main duties include (although not exhaustive):
- Providing a welcoming focal point of contact for all customers to the site reception and provide a prompt, responsive and helpful service for enquiries.
- To input into and maintain a variety of sources of information including the Academy MIS system and other associated platforms ensuring that data is accurate, correct and policies and procedures are adhered to within time specified deadlines.
- Ensuring that safeguarding requirements and other relevant regulations are adhered to.
- Contributing to the overall ethos, work and aims of the Academy.
