About you:
The school are looking for 2 exceptional KS2 teachers to be at the chalk face of raising the bar in teaching and learning. You will be curious about pedagogy, passionate about progress and formidable with your formative assessment. They are looking for team players who are interested in continually growing and progressing in their career.

They are the only Church of England school in Luton, and as such occupy a unique position in their supportive and proud community. Do I need to have a church or faith school background?
Staff at the school, like the children, come from range of faiths and none. What you must have though is a strong commitment to the school’s values which are based on inclusive Christian values. The Diocese Team is wonderfully supportive and caring and their partnership is a great asset to their work.

The school is Inadequate – why?
The answer is relatively simple. Systems and processes were inconsistent or not robustly embedded. They are already working very hard and successfully with the LA and the Diocese and have implemented new strategies since their last Ofsted. They look forward to the rapid changes we are making having a positive outcome on future progress.
What are the parents like?
Supportive, rarely confrontational, and becoming rapidly more engaged in their children’s education. They will work together to inspire them as well as their children.
