Daily Supply Rate: £80 – £85 a day

4myschools are currently recruiting for a number of secondary schools based in Reepham and the surrounding areas. We are looking for secondary Cover Supervisors to provide general cover in a number of schools throughout the area. You will supervise pupils carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence. The cover supervisor’s main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set.

As the ideal Cover Supervisor you will:

-Have experience working in secondary schools; ideally in a mixture of key stages and subjects.
-Demonstrate positive behaviour management strategies
-Be flexible and reliable to take on last minute bookings
-Competent to manage your own diary, with a mixture of pre-booked supply days and morning calls
-Be prepared for every day to be entirely different to the last!
