I am recruiting an experienced LSA for a Primary school based in Colchester who are looking for an encouraging, patient and friendly LSA for one of their pupils who has experienced trauma. The school need someone for the remainder of this academic year working full time, term time only, from January until July 2022.
Previous experience of conducting observations, feeding back to the class teacher and using your initiative to encourage engagement is essential for this role. Your learning activities will be guided by the class teacher, but due to the needs of the pupil you may find there are times you are working outside of the classroom and so these skills and experiences will be utilised.

The ideal Teacher, you will:
- Have experience supporting teaching and learning in primary schools.
- Knowledge of the KS1/KS2 curriculums
- Demonstrate positive behaviour management strategies
- Show ability to use your initiative and be a proactive part of the team

You will have a dedicated local consultant who has an in depth understanding of the schools in your area. You are supported by a fantastic team who are here to meet your needs every step of the way. 4myschools operates a full out of hours service and our office is open from 7am to 5:30pm.

This includes our PAYE with no weekly fee’s or employers tax costs passed onto you. We pay fairly and transparently. Therefore, wherever possible will pay to scale ensuring that we meet Agency Worker Regulations after 12 weeks with a school. You receive your pay a week in arrears, receiving an online payslip with a weekly pay showing your HMRC deductions and holiday pay breakdown.
