The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a KS2 teacher to join a nurturing school in Bishops Stortford.
The school are looking for a full-time KS2 teacher to join their team, starting either in April or September 2023.
As the successful applicant you will take on the responsibility of the class for either the remainder of the academic year or the new academic year. You will prepare, develop, plan and mark work following the schools policies as well as contribute to the team by sharing ideas to promote best teaching and assessment methods. The school are looking for someone who has high expectations, who can set challenging targets for the pupils.
In addition to full teaching responsibilities, you will also be supportive of the school’s ethos and aims. You will have a holistic approach to teaching, providing guidance to students on education matters and, emotional, behavioural, and social support; and liaise with parents to develop positive working relationships that encourage engagement.
Pay is dependent on skills and experience but is in line with teacher main pay range.

You will have a dedicated local consultant who has an in depth understanding of the schools in your area, supported by a fantastic team who are here to meet your needs every step of the way. 4myschools operates a full out of hours service and our office is open from 7am to 5:30pm.
We will always treat you as a valued member of the 4myschools team. You will have a choice of how you would like to be paid, including our PAYE with no weekly fees or employers tax costs passed onto you. We pay fairly and transparently, and wherever possible will pay to scale ensuring that we meet Agency Worker Regulations after 12 weeks with a school. You are paid weekly in arrears, receiving an online payslip with a weekly pay showing your HMRC deductions and holiday pay breakdown.
