LSA/ TA – Norwich-Part time
4myschools are recruiting on behalf of an Outstanding primary school in the outskirts of Norwich, who are looking for an experienced LSA/TA to work with children on a 1-1 basis. The position is Part time 8-15am – 1-15pm 5 Days a week until the end of Summer Term
The headteacher has a strong moral purpose to secure the very best for her pupils. Leaders and governors share her passion for the
welfare and education of every pupil. As a result, all pupils, especially those who are vulnerable, thrive in a very caring and supportive environment.
The ideal applicant
- Will have experience of working within a primary school environment is preferable but not essential.
- Ideally have experience with SEN
- Have some experience in behavioural management
- Has the ability to develop strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- Creative, patient, empathic and adaptable
- Ideally a have TA/LSA qualification or equivalent or a graduate (not essential)
- A genuine passion for supporting children is essential
- A DBS or willingness to obtain one (we can do this for you)
The role
- You will be working with pupils on an individual basis
- Setting up the classroom in preparation for the pupils arriving
- Communicating with the Teacher/SENCO effectively
