Are you the ideal SEN Teacher?
As the class and lead teacher you will be responsible for delivering accessible learning activities and managing a dedicated team of LSAs in your class to ensure each students needs are being met. In addition to the learning levels mentioned above will also be promoting independence, teaching social skills, and taking part in enrichment activities. You will need to show empathy, understanding and encouragement towards the children, and have an adaptable approach to teaching with a nurturing, calm, and patient manner.
