Vacancy Details: Year 3 class teacher
4myschools are currently working with a continually “good” Primary School located in Chelmsford, who are looking for someone to join their well established and passionate teaching team for the remainder of this academic year, from January 2022 to July 2022.
If you are an experienced teacher or an ECT looking for your first role, this job if full time whilst the current teacher is on maternity leave five days a week.
- Have experience teaching KS2
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status
- Have either UK or ENIC recognised Teaching Qualifications
- Demonstrate positive behaviour management strategies
- Have experience of tailoring your teaching methods and approach to benefit an students individual needs
- Be keen to become an integral part of the teaching team
what to expect
- Working five days a week
- Working from 8:30-3:30

The role will involve full class responsibility including planning and marking, although as 3 form entry school this will be shared. The role is paid to scale form the outset. The school are looking for a confident teacher who can support their students through until July 2022. This position would suit a friendly, professional and forward-thinking teacher who is looking to join a supportive and family-orientated school. The school is really popular with our supply teachers as are extremely friendly, welcoming and supportive.

We will always treat you as a valued member of the 4myschools team. You will have a choice of how you would like to be paid, including our PAYE with no weekly fee’s or employers tax costs passed onto you. We pay fairly and transparently, and wherever possible will pay to scale ensuring that we meet Agency Worker Regulations after 12 weeks with a school. You are paid weekly in arrears, receiving an online payslip with a weekly pay showing your HMRC deductions and holiday pay breakdown.
