Job Description

SEN LSA – Copford – Essex

Vacancy Details: SEN LSA – Copford – Essex

Full-time 8:45am- – Term time only

Daily Rate: £75 – £85 per day

4myschools are recruiting 2 experienced LSAs to join a village school on the outskirts of Colchester.

The positions are to start ASAP, working Monday-Friday, term time only, and have become available as the children you will be supporting have EHCP’s for identified needs. The children both have ASD with individual areas for support.

One child can experience sensory overload and so needs support from someone familiar with strategies to help deescalate the child when they are triggered.

The other child is very routine based and any unexpected variants to their routine triggers behaviours that challenge. An SEN LSA with knowledge and experience using strategies such as visual timetables would really benefit this child.
