I am working with a primary school who are looking for a Part-Time SENCO for any 3 days per week to join their friendly and supportive team.
The Primary school is in central Chelmsford, the school is extremely popular with our teachers and support staff. The school are looking for an ambitious, inspiring professional with the skills, drive and determination to help ensure that all pupils are able to thrive. You will need to hold the SENCO qualification; previous SENCO experience is not essential. The school are happy for any 3 days each week. The role is initially for the first ½ term – 1 term, with a potential for a permanent position. This role is paid to scale from the outset. £200 – £215 per day.
The successful candidate will:
- achieved the National SENCO qualification
- have a passion for learning and inclusion
- be able to work effectively within a dedicated team
- communicate well with children, parents and colleagues
- have a good understanding of successful approaches and interventions to support pupil progress
- have an up to date knowledge of the new SEN Framework and Code of Practice
- have good organisational skills and be able to manage the work of others
4myschools provide a confident service and are also looking for the next cohort of permanent staff for September 2022 and January 2023 in all Primary year specialisms.

You will have a dedicated local consultant who has an in depth understanding of the schools in your area, supported by a fantastic team who are here to meet your needs every step of the way. 4myschools operates a full out of hours service and our office is open from 7am to 5:30pm.
We will always treat you as a valued member of the 4myschools team. You will have a choice of how you would like to be paid, including our PAYE with no weekly fee’s or employers tax costs passed onto you. We pay fairly and transparently, and wherever possible will pay to scale ensuring that we meet Agency Worker Regulations after 12 weeks with a school. You are paid weekly in arrears, receiving an online payslip with a weekly pay showing your HMRC deductions and holiday pay breakdown.
