Part-, or full-time
Daily Rate: £70 – £90 per day

The role:
4myschools are looking for passionate and creative individuals to join our team of support assistants, for daily and long-term work. Previous experience working with children would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Daily supply: shorter notice bookings covering course dates or absence.
- Long-term: Full-, or part-time roles in one setting where you are committed for a period of time. This can range from 6-39 weeks.
Our support assistant roles are to provide 1:1, small group (LSA) and/or whole class (TA) support in both Primary and SEND (Specials Educational Needs and Disabilities) Schools.
The schools we work with are committed to providing children with a wholesome and well rounded education and so are very interested in anyone with creative skills that can transfer to a classroom setting and enrich the children’s learning experience.

As the ideal TA or LSA, you will:
- Ideally had previous experience working with children
- Be punctual and professional
- Be flexible and reliable
- Have competencies in building rapport, by being engaging and approachable to the children you teach and fellow professionals you work alongside
- Have an Enhanced, child workforce, disclosure, that is on the update service (preferred but not essential as we can help you apply for this)
Your responsibilities as a TA or LSA will include:
- Responsible for delivering high quality support to children
- Supporting the child in and outside of the classroom
- Break and lunch time cover
- Support the class teacher by helping with classroom management
- Provide feedback to the class teacher, and other professionals, on observations you’ve made that day
- Acting as a role model
