The Role:
4myschools are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work with primary aged children in Witham from January 2023
The position is to work in a mainstream primary school in Witham, mornings only. You will be working within the mainstream classes to provide an individual and tailored lesson/activity. These children will take part in the mainstream classes whilst also having additional curriculum activities which are specific to the children you are supporting.
Your main responsibilities will include working with small groups in the class to develop their skills and support the children with certain topics.
As a Teaching Assistant you will be liaising with the class teacher to ensure the children you are working with have the best possible opportunity to learn and grow in confidence.
The position is mornings only 8.30am – 12.30pm Monday-Friday term time only.
