The Role:
4myschools are recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the Abbey Field area of Colchester, who are looking for a passionate Year 1 Teacher to join their team. The position is full time, to start from Easter 2023 until the end of the academic year. The school is a diverse environment, with a supportive headteacher and SLT Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Year 1 preferred not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have an Enhanced, Child workforce, Disclosure, that is on the update service. This is preferred but not essential as we can help you apply for this
