The role:

4myschools are working with a 2FE primary school in Colchester to recruit a qualified teacher to take on a Year 4 class on a temp-to-perm basis.

The position has become available as the school would like to release the current teacher to take on their SLT responsibilities full time. You would be employed via 4myschools for the summer term, whilst working at the school and then be offered a full-time permanent contract from September 2023!

As the ideal Year 4 ECT, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status
• Have either UK or UK ENIC recognised Teaching Qualifications plus UK experience
• Demonstrate positive behaviour management strategies
• Be reliable
• Have competencies in building rapport and liaising with the children you teach and fellow professionals you work alongside.
• Have an Enhanced, Child workforce, Disclosure, that is on the update service. This is preferred but not essential as we can help you apply for this
